After obtaining her BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Minnesota, Kristy went on to work in Legal, Software, Marketing, and Financial Services before establishing Lamoureux & Joyce Team at Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2009. Kristy leverages her professional services background to uniquely offer a strategic and analytic approach to buying and selling Minnesota real estate. On the sell side, Kristy offers professional staging and photography in addition to best-in-class marketing, to bring in top dollar for your home, with a value-centered bottom line. Kristy grew up in Eagan, Minnesota and has also lived in Minneapolis, Lonsdale, and Apple Valley, before settling in Lakeville, Minnesota with her husband, Ryan, and two children, Nolan and Abigail.
